K.K. Mathew | Chairman & Managing Director

As the founder of Disha Communications, Mathew grew up to become one of the reference points in advertising in Bangalore, with over 3 decades of experience. He has been the inspiration behind the growth of the agency from a meagre Rs. 20 lakh when it started to over Rs. 72.49 crores now in billing. As an industry veteran, Mathew has launched a number of illustrious careers in advertising. He is settled in Bangalore and is an avid golfer.

Arunh Krishnan | Strategic Consultant

An engineer from IIT Kharagpur and a management graduate from IIM - Bangalore. Arunh has over 25 years of experience in advertising and product marketing, Arunh has worked for Shaw Wallace, Eureka Forbes, Rediffusion Advertising and Result McCann and has been involved with a host of brands that include Colgate, Apple Computer, Compaq, Microsoft, Voltas, IBM Rational and Monster.

Devarajan Duraibabu | Vice President

With an overall experience of 20 years in the fields of feature film editing to brand management to advertising, Babu has worked on over 50 brands in the categories of FMCG, Consumer Durables, Heavy Engineering and Service Industries. He has been a key player in agencies like Clarion, Fountainhead, MAA Bozell and Hakuhodo Percept. Some leading brands that he has handled include Ramco Cements, Spinz Deo, Nyle Shampoo, Saralee-Eva Talc, Kohinoor & Fiesta Condoms, Panasonic Televisions, AV Products & Kitchen Appliances, Airtel Prepaid, Style Spa Furniture, Ajinomoto Taste Enhancer, etc.

K.K. Mohandas | Creative Consultant

Over 25 years' experience in advertising. Has worked for Contract Advertising, McCann Erickson and Publicis India, and has been involved with a host of brands that include BPL home appliances, BPL Mobile, Times of India, Taj Group of Hotels, Levi's, TVS Bikes & Mopeds, General Motors, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Gillette, Apollo Tyres, TATA Tea, Centurion Bank and Coco Cola.

Rathna Prakash | Finance Director

A Finance professional with over 25 years of experience, Prakash has worked in various companies ranging from Manufacturing, Hospitality, Hotel, Capital goods and service industry. He has got vast exposure to taxation, forex management, financial management and other allied activites.

K.R.K. Menon | Media Director

A media professional with over 25 years of experience, Menon has worked in a number of large agencies that include FCB-Ulka, Mudra – DDB Needham and McCann Erickson. He has handled the media planning and buying for renowned brands like Vimal, Rasna, Dhara, Nestle, LML Vespa, BPL Home Appliances and Usha Sewing Machine.

P. Ravikumar | Director - Client Services

A Graduate in Life Sciences, Ravikumar has over 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical Marketing and Advertising. Marketing experience includes launch of several successful brands for Wockahardt, Boots and Eros Pharma. In advertising, the brands and services handled include English Electric, Gulf Air, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, Eenaadu, Toyota, Bahrain stock Exchange, Digital GlobalSoft, Oracle, Hewlett Packard etc. Was also a faculty member for media planning, evaluation and matrix management for Ad Campus, a course on advertising.

Babu Veerappan | Branch Head (Chennai)

Engineering graduate with 15 years of enriched expertise in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Has worked in Agencies like Dentsu Communications, TBWA/India, Hakuhodo Percept, MAA Bozell, etc. Has been associated with leading consumer durable brands such as PANASONIC-Screen, Aircon & Kitchen Appliances, Nippo batteries, Ajinomoto, Indian oil Corporation – Corporate South, and was involved in various brand launches such as Hello FM – 106.4, Supreme Edible oil, SMILE FUND from Sundaram Mutual, PANASONIC 'VIERA' Plasma TV, LUMIX DSC, Jamaai Icecreams, etc.

Ashoke Gupta | VP (Northern Operations)

Ashoke wears many hats ranging from Filmmaker, Designer, Exhibitionist and Writing to Event Management. The facets of advertising man and a business strategist, though in recoil are available. According to him, "fact is experience makes a helluv a difference in advertising and marketing. Having said that, it's also equally important to stay open to new ideas, initiate change and keep an unlocked mind". Ashoke, is a post graduate diploma holder in mass communication & advertising with over 15 years of experience in various fields of advertising. His canvas is big, so is his versatility. Over 30 years of advertising experience, handled half a dozen large public sector accounts, as many numbers in private sectors, single handedly conducted more than 25 public issues, print production is his forte, worked in managerial positions in some of the coveted national agencies.

Rohit A.B. | Branch Director (Mumbai)

Rohit A.B. a post graduate from Xaviers Institute of Communications, with a work experience of over 14 yrs, has worked in agencies like R.K.
